This team leads the church in it's involvement in social issues.  They are to help our church members respond to pressing social issues. They keep the church aware of study and action needs and opportunities related to community, state, national, and international issues.  

Twice a month volunteers from the church prepare/serve meals at the "Lord's Diner", a soup kitchen in Wichita.

The team sponsored a showing of the Oscar winning documentary film about the condition of our environment, "An Inconvenient Truth".
